Guthrie Castle has now taken on a new team of caterers that will be responsible for the food on your day, both are of the highest quality and recognised in the catering industry. Pinkertons cooks are highly qualified and knowledgeable in both traditional and contemporary cooking styles. They have always used local, fresh and seasonal produce and are very happy to source specific foods that are requested.
Ginger Snap is renowned for their freshly prepared, locally sourced, delicious and imaginative cuisine. They take great pride in the truly bespoke service they provide and work hard to exceed expectations time and time again. Ginger Snap also won an award for Best Caterer at the Scottish Event Awards 2009.

Autumn Package
- Pimms & Sparkling Wine (one glasse of each)
- Half bottle of Santiago Red and White
- Glass of Champagne for the toast
Winter Package
- Mulled Wine & Sparkling Wine (one glass of each)
- Half bottle of Santiago Red and White Wine
- Glass of Champagne for the toast
Sparkling Wine Only Package
- Sparkling Wine (two glasses of each)
- Half bottle of Santiago Red and White Wine
- Glass of Sparkling Wine for the toast
- Rose wine is available on request.
We have a fully stocked bar………..The bar usually closes at midnight – late licences may be applied for at an extra cost.
Unlike some establishments our bar prices are very reasonable! For example: £3.50 for your Jack Daniels and Coke, £3.50 for a pint of Lager or Guinness.
