We are proud to say that our caterers provide an excellent standard of cuisine.

As ever we aim to be flexible in order to provide a great choice as far as menu selection is concerned.  For that reason we do not offer "set menus" for the Wedding Breakfast, instead we have a menu selector where we offer a range of dishes that you can choose from to design your own menu.  If you wish to have something that is not in the list - if you want to design your own individual menu from scratch, please do.  Simply email us with what you would like and we will come back to you with a costing.

EVENING BUFFET
What couples wish to offer their guests as an evening buffet varies greatly.  In the past we have served:

Traditional Scottish Beef Stovies with Bannocks
Bacon Rolls
Haggis, Neaps and Tatties
A selection of Sandwiches

Prices available upon request.

MORNING BREAKFAST
A full Scottish Breakfast is normally served the morning following the wedding day.  Continental breakfast is offered on the morning of the wedding day where couples have chosen a two night package.  Breakfast is included in the package/B&B rates.

LIGHT LUNCH
Often, especially when the wedding party stay at Guthrie Castle the night before the wedding, we serve a light lunch consisting of soup and sandwiches to see them through the day until the Wedding Breakfast.  Prices available upon request.

CANAPÉS
You may like to offer your guests a selection of canapés either when they first arrive before the service or perhaps afterwards whilst the photographs are being taken.  We can offer a wide choices.  Prices, which may vary considerably, are available upon request.

SPECIALS
We offer vegetarian options wherever possible and can also cater for almost any nature of special dietary requirement as long as advance notice is given.

We also can also cater for those wishing "geographical menus", like Asian weddings for example - we have even done menus where there has been a mix of traditional Scottish fayre and Chinese cuisine!

CHILDREN
We can devise children's menus to complement the main menu or you may choose something completely different.  We charge 50% of the main meal cost for children (under 14s) and for those 5 and under there is no charge.  We have plenty of child "booster" seats if required, for which there is no charge!
