Discounted Months
Weddings booked for January, February, March and November
will attract a 25% discount on the Facility Fee above.
Weddings booked for April, October and December
will attract a 12.5% discount on the Facility Fee above.
All above prices include VAT at the standard rate.
Guests are normally seated around tables of 8 with white linen tablecloths and white napkins. Coloured linen may be provided at an extra charge. Our standard chairs are included in all packages both for the walled garden and the pavilion. These chairs may be enhanced with bows or covers at an extra charge. There are no “hidden costs” – we don’t charge extra for cake stand/knives, use of golf buggy, etc!
Please note all above packages are "flexible" to a certain extent as we aim to tailor our facilities to each individual couple.

Terms and Conditions
A deposit of 25% of the facility fee is payable to confirm the booking.
The remaining 75% of the facility fee is payable 6 months
prior to the Event.
Four months from the date of the Event 75% of the
additional fees should also be paid;
this includes (but is not restricted to) items such as cost of menus, wine, entertainment, florists etc.
The remaining 25% of these additional fees is payable 2 months prior to the Event.
All payments are non-refundable.
Payment made by credit cards will incur a 2.5% surcharge on each transaction.
Prices are subject to change prior to a confirmed booking.
